TestPad Development Studio v1.00 is available for free download here (~ 3 MB). Requirements: You have to have installed Run-time VISA-COM I/O library, such as NI VISA 3.x, Agilent VisaCom Libraries or any other "VISA Implementation Specification for COM" (often supplied on the CD-ROM with Test Instruments). If you have an older version of NI or Agilent VISA library which doesn't support VISA-COM you may want to update it by downloading it's newer version from www.ni.com or www.agilent.com.
